1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This policy for the processing of personal data in the online store of Eurolynia ALC (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) defines the basic principles, purposes, conditions and methods of personal data processing, a list of personal data subjects, authorized persons and processed in the Eurolynia ALC online store (hereinafter - Operator) of personal data, the functions of the Operator when processing personal data, the rights of subjects of personal data, as well as the requirements for the protection of personal data implemented by the Operator.

1.2. The policy was developed taking into account the requirements of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, legislative and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Belarus in the field of personal data. The Policy uses terms and their definitions in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

1.3. The provisions of the Policy serve as the basis for the development of local legal acts (LPA) regulating the Operator's issues of processing personal data of the Operator's employees and other subjects of personal data.

1.4. Before giving consent to the processing of personal data, the subject of personal data undertakes to familiarize himself with the Policy.

1.7. The policy applies to personal data processed by the Operator, which are obtained:

- through information resources located on the global computer network Internet at the address: https://shop.eurolinia.by by (hereinafter referred to as the Site);

- from the subjects of personal data with whom the Operator has concluded or will be concluded (planned to conclude) transactions, including when carrying out internal control procedures on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated June 30, 2014 No. 165-З "On measures to prevent legalization of income received by criminal means, financing terrorist activities and financing the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction ”;

- from subjects of personal data who provided the Operator with personal data by filling out written, electronic questionnaires and other forms, including during advertising and other events held by the Operator, as well as sending documents to the Operator confirming consent to transactions issued by a third party ( a spouse, a participant in shared ownership, etc.), confirming real and (or) obligation rights, as well as the powers of the person participating in the transaction, banking and other details specified when making transactions;

- from the subjects of personal data who provided personal data in another way, including through the provision of personal data by the subject of personal data to other persons for the purpose of transferring personal data by these persons to the Operator.

2. LIST OF PERSONAL DATA, TO THE PROCESSING OF WHICH THE CONSENT OF THE SUBJECT OF PERSONAL DATA IS GIVEN.

PRINCIPLES OF PROCESSING. AUTHORIZED PERSONS

2.1. The processed personal data includes the following information:

2.1.1. Surname, name, patronymic (if any) of the subject of personal data;

2.1.2. Contact phone number, including the code and name of the communication operator of the subject of personal data;

2.1.3. E-mail address (e-mail) of the subject of personal data;

2.1.4. Place of actual residence of the subject of personal data - country, region or regional center, district or district center, settlement, type of element of the road network (street, avenue, lane, etc.), house number, building if available, entrance if available, floor if available, apartment number if available;

2.1.5. Data that is automatically transmitted to the Site, in the course of their use with the help of the software installed on the device of the subject of personal data, including the IP address, information from cookies, information about the browser of the subject of personal data (or another program through which access to Site), access time, address of the requested page;

2.1.6. Data on purchases made by the subject of personal data (name of the Goods, article, number of goods or items included in the package of the purchased Goods, price of goods, conditions and information about payment, type of service, time of its provision and price, delivery address of goods or address of the point of issue of orders , form of payment, delivery method, delivery date and time, order history);

2.1.7. Account data of the subject of personal data, including his login and password in encrypted form.

2.2. The processing of personal data is carried out by the Operator on the basis of the following principles:
